For maintenance requests or maintenance emergencies, please call the office phone number, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, at (215)662-1500 or email the Property Manager, John Bergbauer, at email@example.com. For after-hours calls, our live answering service representative will dispatch the on-call Maintenance person as needed for maintenance emergencies that cannot wait until the next business day when the office re-opens.
If this is a life threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.
Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs may need to be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you, and/or deducted from your security deposit as needed.
